Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order before shipment for a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy will apply.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The item is in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Process

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after processing:

  • Please check with your bank or card provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
